OUR DIRECTORS

On May 18, 2022, FOR LOVE OF PEOPLE was officially recognized in the State of Oregon as a Nonprofit Organization. During that time, each member of our Board of Directors was elected and we had our first meeting!

Led by a legal team that specializes in Nonprofit Law, our Board completed 3 sessions of thorough Board Training as well as detailed preparation and understanding of each specific role and its responsibilities.

Our Board meets together Live on ZOOM beginning each month, and works out our next steps together. Our team is diverse and functional, and each is gifted in the roles they serve.

All meetings are documented and minutes are kept by our Board Secretary. Many meetings are also video recorded and archived on FLOP’s Cloud Drive, as well as any resources used in the meeting.

Below is a brief bio of each of our beloved Board Members who all serve FLOP for no cost to the organization, and give up their free time to help us accomplish our mission. For this, we are truly grateful and honored to introduce FLOP’s Board of Directors.
